Brett Braida is a 2014 3B/3B, OF, RHP with a 6-2 190 lb. frame from Chariton, IA who attends Chariton. Braida has a tall slender build with a medium sized frame. He pitches from a high 3/4 arm slot and uses a short arm action. He collapses his backside in his delivery which flattens his fastball out. Braida opens early with his front side and gets some run on his fastball. He also throws an 11/5 curveball and a change up with sink at 72 MPH. At the plate, Braida starts with a wide stance and a lower hand set. He has some raw pop and lift in his swing. Defensively, he has raw actions on the infield with developing arm strength.
