Blake Moe is a 2011 RHP/3B, C with a 6-2 185 lb. frame from Davenport, IA who attends Davenport Central HS. Solid athletic build, good strength. Tall well paced delivery, uses lower half well, tight high arm circle, arm works well coming through, 3/4's to high 3/4's release point, good angle on his pitches. Steady mid 80's fastball, touched 88 mph, good boring action on FB. Tends to drop elbow on breaking pitches, curveball flashes good spin and has potential, slider still developing. Didn't see a change up. Steady improvement over the past year with more potentially to come. Good student.
