Felix Burgos is a 2014 SS/RHP/OF with a 6-0 150 lb. frame from Toa Alta, PR who attends Academia Discipulos De Cristo HS. Very slender young build, lots of room to get stronger. 7.14 runner, athletic actions in the infield, good footwork, light on his feet, long loose whippy arm action, projectable infield arm strength. Right handed hitter, wrapped bat to start, good balance and shift into contact, has good hand quickness, handles the barrel well, consistent mid field line drive contact, aggressive hitter who has some bat speed and understanding how to hit. Also pitched, slow paced Japanese style delivery with a pause at the top, fastball to 82 mph, soft curveball, threw strikes and got hitters to swing the bats. Young player with good baseball skills who will continue to improve as he gets stronger. Good student. Named to the Caribbean Showcase Top Prospect team.
