David Johnson is a 2011 MIF/P with a 6'0'', 165 lb. frame from Parker, CO who attends Ponderosa. Lean athletic build, little room to fill out and add strength, sound hitting fundamentals, shows bat speed, line-drive plane, balls jumps off the bat, looked more comfortable during the games, quick release in the field, good to the ball, soft hands, quick compact arm action on the mound, online delivery, slight armside run, tight spin on 12 to 6 curveball, good depth to curveball, challenges hitters, pitches down in the zone, strong student.
