Marcus Kennedy is a small player but played good in Ft. Myers. At the plate he is a switch hitter who looked a little better from the right side than the left. He hits line drives. On the mound he topped out at 79 mph and threw from a 3/4 arm slot. He showed solid mechanics and his curveball was his best pitch registering at 67-69 mph with good rotation. His change was good and at 69 mph. Kennedy could benefit from added size, strength and velocity. Could be a small college gem.
