Coleman Farrell is a 2005 from Jupiter, FL. Farrell is a slender 6'3" right handed pitcher with the potential to get better in the future with more strength and better mechanics. He has some arm looseness that helps him generate an 81-83 mph fastball and a 71-73 mph curveball. Farrell could pick up his velocity right away by getting more momentum going towards home plate in his delivery. His backside stays above the rubber and drags his body back instead of pushing it through. Farrell pitched effectively for three innings in Fort Myers, allowing only one hit. He has a chance to be a highest level college pitcher. Projects in a big way!
