Tyrone Willey is a 2009 RHP/OF from Naples HS in Naples, FL, with a 5'10", 145 lb. frame. At the plate Tyrone shows good swing fundamentals and is able to produce easy lift in his swing with solid bat speed. He goes mainly to the opposite field, and should develop more strength as he gets older. In the field Tyrone shows a solid throwing arm with good actions. Tyrone featured good mechanics on the mound with a strong lower half, and a good feel for a 10 to 4 CB. Tyrone is still very young, but showed an impressive set of tools which should only improve with age.
