Brock Dallstream is a 2019 RHP with a 6-0 215 lb. frame from Germantown, TN who attends Memphis University HS. Large and stocky frame with some present strength to the build. Only pitched at the event, righthanded pitcher, multiple checkpoints to his delivery that disrupts the timing of the hitters, takes arm back to a full arm action up to an over the top arm slot, could utilize his lower half more into his delivery for additional velocity. Fastball topped out at 76 mph occasional heavy run in on righthanded hitters' hands, mixed in a curveball with developing spin and 12-to-6 shape, was able to land the pitch for strikes and help keep hitters off balance repeatedly, was effective in this appearance working the corners and varying speeds and tempo to produce soft contact off of the barrel. Good student.
