Arthur Mazierski is a 5-11, 190 lb third baseman from Canada with a stocky, non-projectable body that has present strength. He is a one handed fielder on defense who shows soft hands and the ability to make the play away from his body. He gets rid of the ball quickly and accurately to compensate for average arm strength. Mazierski didn't always look smooth on defense but he made all the plays in the games and showed his skills. Offensively, Mazierski hits from a quiet approach with a limited load and stride. He has good hand strength and a crisp line drive swing. His strength gives him good bat speed and the ball comes off his bat well. Mazierski showed the ability to adjust to different pitches and hit line drives to all fields and make consistent contact. He's a solid all around player with above average skills and playable tools. Mazierski is also a good student.
