Parker Bullard is a 2015 MIF with a 5-11 180 lb. frame from Sioux Falls, SD who attends Lincoln HS. Medium athletic build, some present strength. 7.27 runner, showed the ability to play both outfield and infield, good actions to the ball and footwork at both positions, short arm action in the infield with a quick exchange and release, has some arm strength, versatile young player. Right handed hitter, limited stride and shift to contact, exaggerated inside the ball approach, line drive contact to mid and the opposite field, high average/low power approach, has good balance and extension out front, has more potential with the bat with adjustments. Also pitched, slow paced leg raise delivery, solid pitching mechanics, slider had good spin and depth, nice arm speed on change up, threw strikes and showed feel for pitching, velocity likely down due to playing multiple positions. Good student.
