Reid Norberg is a 2017 3B/RHP with a 6-2 180 lb. frame from San Diego, CA who attends Scripps Ranch HS. Tall and projectable athletic build. Right handed hitter, open to straight approach, short and compact swing mechanics with good hand quickness, works the middle of the field and handles the barrel well, high average barrel skills. Has some athletic quickness at third base, has sound footwork and a quick release, developing arm strength. Heady and hustling player who is always backing up bases and is in the right position on the field regardless of what position he might be playing. Also pitched, had a quick six-pitch inning, fastball topped out at 78 mph. Very good student.
