Parker Gupton is a 2015 RHP/ with a 6-1 190 lb. frame from Goodlettsville, TN who attends Pope John Paul II. Large frame with a strong, athletic build. Right handed pitcher who throws from a tight three quarters arm slot with a short arm action in back. Has good balance throughout delivery, releases the ball out front and is able to generate downhill plane. Fastball topped at 84 mph, which he threw for strikes. Shows good depth to his 12/6 curveball at 69 mph and a strong feel for a straight change up which he locates well. Good athleticism off the mound. Also swung the bat from the left side, starting from an upright stance with an open base and shows raw strength in his swing. Very good student.
