Jared Eaton is a 2014 OF/SS with a 5-9 145 lb. frame from Montgomery, TX who attends Montgomery Texas. Has a medium compact athletic build. Shows good actions at short with a loose arm with lateral agility. Has a good accurate arm from the outfield with good actions, and good speed which allows him to run down balls in the gap. Has an open stance with high hands at the plate with a contact approach. Has quick hands with a line drive swing plane, takes an aggressive swing. He is a lead-off type hitter who gets on base and when he is on base is a disruption to the pitcher. Need to continue to follow him throughout the year and is a good student.
