Eric Sloper is a 2015 2B/RHP, SS with a 5-9 150 lb. frame from Catlett, VA who attends Patriot. Medium, wiry, athletic frame with room to fill out. Shows good speed down the line and quick twitch actions. Has a short arm action across the diamond and makes quick, strong, accurate throws. Moves very well laterally and sets his feet well to throw the ball. High upside middle infield actions. Bats right-handed, works from a balanced setup and uses a line drive swing path. Has quickness in his hands and gets to the ball inside, stays compact. Shows consistent swing mechanics. Good student.
