Nikolaus Matus is a 2015 C/OF with a 6-0 171 lb. frame from Egg Harbor Township, NJ who attends St Augustine Preparatory HS. Medium frame with a lean wiry build. Plenty of room to get stronger. A right handed hitter, he has a very quiet set up and minimal load. Has a power approach and made extremely hard contact to the pull side. Showed solid catch and throw ability behind the plate. Consistently popped 2.13-2.16. Also showed good footwork and blocking skills. Stays active behind the plate. Also ran a 7.12 60 yard dash. Very good student.
