Tyler Lopes is a 2016 RHP/MIF with a 5-10 150 lb. frame from Fort Myers, FL who attends Seacrest County Day HS. Medium build with good present strength, especially in the lower half. Compact arm action, right high 3/4's release slot, short stride out front, repeats his delivery well and stays on line. Fastball topped out at 74 mph, keeps his fastball down in the zone well and pitches to contact. Curveball is a solid second pitch, gets good spin and some 12/6 downer depth at times. Right handed hitter, hand hitch load, short inside swing path, mid to opposite field contact, handles the barrel well. Excellent student.
