Matthew Cerfolio is a 2016 SS/2B with a 5-11 165 lb. frame from Indian Springs, AL who attends John Carroll Catholic. Medium, lean frame with room to fill out. Ran a 7.54 60 yard dash. Throws carry well across the infield and moves well through the baseball. Hands work well and is a higher energy player. Bats from both sides of the plate, starts open from the right side. Makes solid contact and flashes good bat speed. Hits to the middle of the field from both sides. Flashes power potential and raw strength. Has a line drive swing path. Excellent student.
