Davis Keene is a 2015 C/RHP, 3B with a 5-8 160 lb. frame from Southlake, TX who attends Liberty Christian. Keene has a lean frame with room to fill out. Hits from a slightly open stance, strides to square. Aggressive approach. Stays inside baseball and hits to all fields with good bat speed. Balanced through out swing with good extension. Defensively, low set up, good actions with feet, accurate throws with online carry. Works hard behind plate blocking balls. Good catch and throw skills. Also pitches, low 3/4, arm slot with a quick arm. Clean mechanics with compact delivery. Shows tight slider. Fastball has arm side run. and change up is developing and already shows good sink and run. Throws strikes. Named to Top Prospect List and Team. Outstanding Student.
