2005 South Top Prospect Showcase
Hiller is a 6-2, 200 lb outfielder from Texas with a present strong athletic body and good long levers. He showed us big time arm strength from the outfield at 88 mph. Hiller is a 7.27 runner who profiles well as a right fielder. Hiller is a good looking young hitter with plus bat speed and some natural lift and extension in his swing. He stays balanced well and uses his strength and lower body to generate torque. Hiller's game swings were among the better we saw at the showcase. He hit one ball off the left field fence and we can see him being a consistent power producer at the next level with metal in his hand. He is a very good student off the field with a bright future as a college baseball player.
