Aaron Flanagan is a 2012 C/OF with a 6-2 195 lb. frame from Suffolk, VA who attends Isle of Wight Academy. Flannagan has a big athletic frame, switch hitter, from right side, hits from slightly open stance, aggressive approach with bat speed and pull power, line drive swing plane with lift, ball jumps off when centered hitting long home run during BP, from the left side, good extension, not as much power but same consistent contact, defensively, strong accurate arm, ball comes out clean, good carry, catching, gains ground on throws, ball carries from OF and C, named to top prospect list, good student.
