Colby Williams is a 2014 RHP/OF with a 6-1 185 lb. frame from Taylor Lake Village, TX who attends Clear Falls HS. Solid athletic build with some present strength. High leg lift delivery, stays balance over the rubber, quick compact arm action, lands open out front, some effort on release. Fastball topped at 78 mph, gets some sink and run, curveball good pitch with some downer shape and occasional bite, gets sink on change up with proper arm speed. Repeats delivery well and throws strikes. Right handed hitter, long rotational swing with some strength and loose extension out front, upper cut swing plane, flashed some pop on his pitch. 7.30 runner, showed athleticism and good fundamentals in the outfield, on line accurate throws. Good student.
