Jordan Jackson is a 2013 OF/LHP with a 6-1 166 lb. frame from Sulphur Springs, TX who attends Sulphur Springs HS. Lean athletic build, projects to get stronger. Two-way prospect as throws Left/bats Right player. Loose and fast swing, good extension out front, bat stays on plane a long time, attacks the ball, hard pull contact, sound hitting approach. 7.08 runner, moves well in the outfield, athletic, good arm strength with carry. Easy balanced delivery on the mound, long loose arm action, good arm speed, 3/4's arm slot. Fastball topped at 85 mph, hard curveball with big sweeping 2/8 break, commanded curveball well and pitched. No signature tool yet but does everything well on the baseball field and has lots of room to get stronger. Has really improved since last summer. Good student.
