William Savage is a 2013 SS with a 6-0 160 lb. frame from Bronx, NY who attends Fieldston HS. Slender athletic build with room to fill out. 6.70 runner, long gliding actions defensively, good footwork and balance, long arm with nice on line carry, athletic and light on his feet, tends to field ball in close to his body. RIght handed hitter, spread no stride hitting approach, tense hands, swings hard, line drive swing plane, barrels up well, could get better extension out front. Very good baserunner, has instincts and speed. Should continue to improve. Very good student.
