Dylan Smith is a 2012 3B/1B with a 6-3 210 lb. frame from Pinson, AL who attends Clay-Chalkville HS. Large, athletic build with broad shoulders and room to add more weight. Quick feet, has feel for infield. Showed well at 3B during games. Good arm with carry across the diamond. Power right-handed bat. Long swing with big extension, power and strength. Strong arms and hands. Power plays to all fields. Multiple bombs in BP. Good leverage in swing. Big current power. Projects for even more. Interesting bat to follow.
