WP - Ken Van Sickle is a 2006 C from Spokane, WA. Ken has a durable catcher's body that is lively with a solid build. Ken has good hands and is agile enough to block balls well and comfortably move around at the position. He had quality pop times with good footwork. He also works well with the pitchers and is a good receiver. Ken showed good bat speed and used his hands well through the zone with raw power and a slight lift in his swing. Ken is a good, young athlete with present strength that really comes into play with the bat.
