Bullock threw his fastball in the mid 80s in Lincoln. He's an evenly distributed 6'0/175 and he's only an "05". Look for him to improve that velocity over the next year. Keith needs to work on the breaking ball. He throws it with pretty good velocity, but he has a tendency to get under it. We saw mostly what looked like 4-seamers - straight fastballs. We don't know if he throws a 2-seamer, but if not, he should add that pitch. The change looked promising in the low 70s. Keith has a chance to develop into a high level college pitcher over the next year.
