2005 Ohio Valley Top Prospect
Justin Levesque is a 2006 1B/C 3B from L'essor HS in Tecumseh, ON , with a tall and strong 6'2'', 190 lb. frame. Levesque ran 8.24 in the 60 and showed 74 mph arm strength during infield drills from first base. He has some one spot quickness on defense and moved his feet well with good balance. Offensively, Levesque hit from a wide stance with a high hand set up and good weight transfer through the ball. He has some loft in his swing and is looking to use his strength and hit for power. Levesque has some bat speed and showed home run potential that will just improve as he adds strength. Levesque is also a solid student off the field.
