Tucker Simpson is a 2012 RHP/1B with a 6-7 220 lb. frame from Oxford, AL who attends Oxford HS. Long limbed large frame, good strength with plenty of room for more. Leg raise delivery, rocks back over back side, high 3/4's arm slot with very short stride, lacks ideal extension out front. 88-91 mph fastball, mostly straight, works middle out with fastball. Shortens arm arch on curveball, throws lots of curveballs early in the count, rare change up. Has a plus arm and high ceiling. Shows raw power at the plate, long and strong swing, rotational swing approach. Good student, verbal commitment to Georgia Tech.,
