He hits from a slightly open stance with a no load approach. Conaway has solid bat speed and a line drive swing plane. He will drive the ball the other way. Joe has lift in his swing and centers the ball well. He has an effortless arm behind the plate with a good release. Conaway has a solid 2.11 pop time with solid receiving skills.
