2019 Top Prospects

Brock Boynton  OF - 2019 - Mishawaka, IN
Quincy

Boynton really stood out during the event as a pure athlete. He put together a 6.85 60-yard dash which was very near the top. He also displayed strong skills in the outfield with fluidity to exchanges and strong, on-line carry to the bags at 88 miles per hour. He also has some jump off the bat when working to the pull side of the field with solid feel for the barrel.

Hayden Berg  RHP - 2019 - Granger, IN
Western Michigan

Hayden Berg took the mound on day one of the event and was very impressive throughout his innings. Up to 88 miles per hour with the fastball, Berg is able to get downhill well and command the fastball to both halves of the plate. He mixed in a couple of secondary pitches in the changeup and short curveball later in counts. Standing at just 5-foot-10 Berg is a guy to keep eyes on moving forward.


2020 Top Prospects

Mitch Jebb  SS - 2020 - Saginaw, MI
Michigan State

Jebb is a projectable and athletic middle infielder with plenty of room for added strength. Jebb was able to posted an impressive 6.94 60-yard dash. During infield workouts Jebb showed smooth athletic actions to go along with plus arm strength topping out at 90 miles per hour across the infield. During batting practice Mitch utilized a line drive approach with consistent hard contact.

Bryce Carley  OF - 2020 - Niceville, FL
Northwest Florida State College

Carley showed his all-around ability on the diamond as one of the more athletic players in the event. He ran a 6.86 second 60-yard dash, as well as throwing 87 miles per hour from the outfield. At the plate he maintains an easy line drive approach with speed to the barrel. He shifts well into a direct path with the bat and could see himself as a power potential player as he gains strength.

Jaden Henline  RHP - 2020 - New Cumberland, PA
Penn State

The 6-foot-2, 165 pound righty was impressive through his three innings of work during the Sunday portion of the event. Riding his fastball up to 89 miles per hour, tops of the event, Henline was able to create sharp angles to the plate from his over-the-top slot. He challenged hitters often and was able to miss bats with a sharp slider and changeup combination.

Nathan Waligora  RHP - 2020 - Livonia, MI
Uncommitted

Standing at 6-foot-4 and weight 220 pounds, the righthander Waligora was one of the more physically matured players on the field over the weekend. He's able to create some deception through his delivery while getting the fastball down in the zone at 87 miles per hour. He was also able to land the curveball for quality strikes later in counts.

Drew Cavanaugh  C - 2020 - Rochester Hills, MI
Eastern Florida State

Cavanaugh led all catchers with a quick pop time of 1.84 behind the plate and throwing 77 miles per hour. He has advanced catch and throw skills with extremely quick feet coming out of the stance. He has arm strength behind his compact release with a ton of quick twitch movements throughout.

Joseph Gallo  1B - 2020 - Niles, OH
Uncommitted

Gallo started his impressive weekend posting a 6.89 second 60-yard dash. Following the sixty, Gallo posted a 79 mile per hour velocity from the outfield while showing good footwork and arm speed. During batting practice Gallo displayed a low effort swing while creating bat speed consistently showing his ability to go gap-to-gap.

Nathan Zimcosky  SS - 2020 - Uniontown, PA
Uncommitted

Zimcosky was unable to showcase his defensive ability due to some soreness. However, he ran well with a 6.95 second 60-yard dash and displayed a lot of upside at the plate. the 2020 righthanded hitter creates bat speed through a smooth stroke. He utilizes his strength well and can really put a jolt into the ball at contact.

Kyren Power  1B - 2020 - Plainfield, IN
Heartland CC

The physically imposing Power posted impressive numbers throughout the weekend. Power started off his day with a 7.16 60-yard dash. During batting practice Kyren showed a longer swing with impressive bat speed to go along with high-end natural power to all fields. He also posted a 90 mile per hour exit velocity at the event as well.

Aiden Hinds  SS - 2020 - Muncie, IN
Ball State

Hinds was one of the more well-rounded players at the event, adding a 6.95 60-yard dash to his resume. In the infield he has a strong arm across the diamond with good range and clean hands out front. At the plate he was consistently hitting the ball hard with bat speed through the zone.

Liam Pollock  OF - 2020 - Southgate, MI
Oakland

Pollock, who ran an event high 6.77 second 60-yard dash, also fielded the ball cleanly in the outfield with some online carry at 81 miles per hour. At the plate he showed some potential with the bat as a more contact oriented player, working the whole field and keeping the hands compact.


2021 Top Prospects

Alex Mooney  SS - 2021 - Rochester Hills, MI
Duke

Mooney started out strong with an impressive 6.77 second 60-yard dash to begin the day Saturday. The Duke commit showed raw bat speed during batting practice while working contact to the gaps. Mooney consistently made hard contact with jump off the barrel. During infield workouts he was able to post an event high 90 miles per hour across the infield.

Anthony Migliaccio  C - 2021 - Wyandotte, MI
Pepperdine

Anthony started the day off by running an impressive 6.78 60-yard dash. The Vanderbilt commit worked out from multiple positions including outfield where he showed smooth athletic movements and plus arm strength topping out at 88 miles per hour. Behind the plate Migliaccio Flashed advanced receiving skills to go along with his quick hands and polished footwork. Anthony posted a 1.97 pop time and topped out at 80 miles per hour from behind the plate. The switch hitter was impressive in batting practice showing power from each side of the plate.

Tyler Pettorini  SS - 2021 - Wooster, OH
Ohio State

The Ohio State commit showed the ability to be an impact player on both sides of the ball. Pettorini ran a 6.85 second 60-yard dash to start the day. During infield workouts Tyler showed impressive arm speed with accuracy from multiple arm slots, while throwing 82 miles per hour across the infield. During batting practice, Pettorini put his offensive ability to work with a smooth swing utilizing a middle of the field, line drive approach with consistent solid contact. Tyler was able to post a 91 mile per hour exit velocity as well.


2022 Top Prospects

Jake Dresselhouse  2B - 2022 - Highland, MI
Michigan State

Dresselhouse displayed impressive tools in multiple areas of the game this weekend. Dresselhouse flashed good footwork with arm strength across the infield topping out at 77 miles per hour. Behind the plate Jake showed comfortable low effort movements while posting a 2.07 pop time. Dresselhouse took a loud batting practice showcasing his smooth stroke with good leverage and pop to all fields.

Brady Ginaven  RHP - 2022 - Munster, IN
Indiana State

Ginaven was impressive during his three innings of work. Brady flashed an athletic delivery to the plate with easy repeatability. The fastball was a solid pitch with late arm side life topping out at 83 miles per hour. The 2022 grad showed advanced pitchability for his age mixing in three pitches for strikes in any count. Ginaven was also impressive at the plate showcasing good barrel control with consistent solid contact during batting practice and games.
