Michael posted an incredible 6.31 sixty-yard dash on grass to start the showcase, before showing a big outfield arm. (92 mph) His outfield tools are outstanding and if his bat continues to develop he could possibly be an early round draft pick.

Christopher (Cito) Culver  IF - 2010 - Rochester, NY
Maryland

Arm strength is the name of game for Christopher who showed a cannon for an arm in the infield (93) and outfield. (94) Offensively Christopher has a good looking right-handed swing where he stays inside the ball well with good bat speed.

Tyler Ross  C - 2010 - Naples, FL
Louisiana State

Tyler is a physically imposing prospect that has already verbally committed to LSU. At the plate Tyler projects to show big raw power potential while defensively he is very solid with a big arm (81) and a quick release. (1.87)

Dylan Brown  OF - 2010 - Clayton, NC
East Carolina/Gulf Coast CC

Brown is a true baseball player in every sense of the word and is a very good outfield prospect. He can really swing the bat from the left side of the plate and he also runs well posting a 6.75 sixty.

Zac Houck  OF - 2010 - Orange Park, FL

Zac is an impressive outfield prospect whose speed (6.65) and hitting ability really stand out. He has a smooth and easy left-handed swing with good bat speed and quick hands.

Nolan Thomas  1B - 2010 - Key West, FL

Nolan showed the best raw power of any player at the event hammering two deep homeruns during batting practice. He is very strong for his age and has a hitting approach that closely resembles Ryan Howard. Nolan also looks good on the mound where he topped out at 85 with a tight 1-7 curveball. Nolan has the tools to be a highest-level college prospect on both the mound and in the field.

Matt Dearden  RHP - 2010 - Newberry, FL
Indiana

Matt was the hardest thrower at the event sitting in mid 80’s consistently with his fastball, topping out at 89. His fastball has good life and he shows a tight-breaking 11 to 5 curveball. Once he becomes a little more consistent with his command the upside is very high for Matt.

Jonathan Richey  OF - 2010 - Stockbridge, GA

Jonathan showed the tools to be a very quality outfield prospect and his bat and defensive tools really stick out. He has a very good hitting approach with good bat speed and quick hands, as well as a big outfield arm. (90 mph)

Enmanuel Cabreja  C - 2010 - Coral Gables, FL

Emmanuel was very impressive in the workout posting a 1.81 pop, while throwing the ball 81 mph to second base. While he is not a polished product yet at the plate, Emmanuel has good raw hitting tools and will be a catcher that can make significant contributions offensively.

RJ projects very well in the outfield where he could potentially be a plus defender with a big arm (91 mph) and good speed. (6.88) He swings the bat well from the left side of the plate staying inside the ball with good bat speed.

Taylor showed off terrific tools with big arm strength in the infield (88) and outfield, (91) as well as plus running speed. (6.72) Taylor shows the raw tools needed to hit at the next level and he was also up to 85 on the mound.

A potential plus defender down the road, Brendan showed good outfield tools with plus speed (6.75) and a strong arm. (87 mph) Brendan has a solid hitting approach with good bat speed and he drives the ball hard consistently.

Walter is a good-looking pitching prospect who showed a fastball that topped at 87 along with a tight 11 to 5 curveball. He has a short compact arm action that works well and he gets a good natural cutting action on his fastball.

A 2011 grad, Ryan has all the tools you look for in an outfield prospect. Offensively, Ryan has a simple and easy swing that produces very good bat speed. In the outfield, Ryan is a plus runner (6.83) with good arm strength. (89)

A free agent from the Dominican Republic, Robel is a potential plus defender at shortstop. He showed plus arm strength (89) and is a very sure-handed defender. Offensively, Robel is a switch-hitter that shows good hitting tools from both sides of the plate and he took one of the best batting practices at the showcase.
