2009 Top Prospects

Josh Dahl  RHP - 2009 - Glendale, AZ
Central Arizona CC

One of the hardest throwers in his class, Josh has a loose easy arm action that produced fastballs up to 94. If Josh continues to develop his command and off-speed pitches he could attract early round draft attention in 2009.

Tyler Wagner  RHP - 2009 - Henderson, NV
Utah

A tall and athletic right-hander, Tyler showed a fastball that touched 89 with lots of projection for the future. He is fairly new to pitching, but his arm works well and he shows a good feel for his curveball. He has recently committed to Utah .

Adam Farris  OF - 2009 - Flower Mound, TX
Uncommitted

A top-level athlete, Adam shows the raw tools to project very well at either corner outfield position. He runs well (6.90) and has a solid swing with good bat speed and the ability to stay inside the ball well.

Matthew Paradise  3B - 2009 - San Clemente, CA
Santa Clara

A very solid all-around player, Matthew has all the tools you look for in a third baseman. He is very sound defensively with a big arm, while also showing good bat speed and the ability to drive the ball hard consistently at the plate.

Nathan Ring  MIF - 2009 - Litchfield Park, AZ
Uncommitted

The speed really sticks out for Nathan who posted a 6.81 sixty. He has a balanced line-drive hitting approach and the ball jumps off his bat well.
