Banks was explosive in this event, running his fastball up to 92 mph with elite arm speed, showing off that hose across the infield, and taking good swings with linear carry off the barrel.

Ryan Bhojwani  SS - 2021 - Arlington, VA
Virginia

Bhojwani ran a 6.87 60 and showed good feet and hands in the infield along with an 86 mph throwing arm. At the plate, he's got a good combo of bat speed and strength and was able to put those on display along with good power projection.


2022 Top Prospects

Tommy Specht  OF - 2022 - Dubuque, IA
Kentucky

Specht was sensational in this look, running a 6.46 second 60, throwing 96 mph from the outfield, and showing off a new and improved swing that is really allowing him consistent barrel skills for the first time.

Easton Swofford  SS - 2022 - Bee Branch, AR

Swofford is a well-known prospect who looked great once again in this setting, clocking a 6.88 60, throwing 89 mph across the diamond, and really just checking every box from an offensive performance and projection standpoint.

Riffe has intriguing two-way upside but stands out more on the mound, where he's got a very fast arm and was clocked up to 87 mph with life and a devastating changeup and solid slider, also showing righthanded punch at the plate.

Steensma has excellent physicality and is an imposing presence on the mound, working his FB up to 89 mph with a big breaking CB, also showing good power at the plate with that same arm strength across the infield.

Indiana State

Another talented two-way, Iffrig worked 82-85 mph with a good slider and good angle from the left side, while also showing off excellent bat speed with power and feel for the barrel when hitting.

Stevens stood out for his athleticism and overall ability in the infield as well as intriguing upside behind the plate, and he also shows impact bat speed with real power projection long term.

McGhee is a quality two-way player, working up to 82 mph on the mound from the left side with a good breaking ball, showing good defensive utility in the OF and at 1B, as well as a compact stroke with strength that produces well at the plate.

Minnesota

Dobis looked good on the mound with a quick, whippy arm that produced 79-82 mph fastballs with good life as well as a sharp breaking ball, and he also has a clean, quick stroke at the plate that projects for power.
