Sam Wilt (2022 RHP, Anamosa, IA) Strong righthanded hitter working from a wide stance to start. Utilizes the lower half strength well with some rotational shifts into contact. Creates hard drive off the barrel when he’s able to square the ball up. Shows some power potential when able to get the head of the barrel to the ball.
Kael Kolarik (2022 SS, Indianola, IA) Utilizes a slightly elevated path to the ball with quick and strong hands at the point of contact. Made consistent loud contact working the pull side gap with efficiency. Gets on plane early and stays through with strong extension through the ball.
Alec Nigut (2020 OF, Des Moines, IA) Generated good bat speed with a direct and fluid swing path from the left side. Was able to drive the ball consistently to all fields with jump off the barrel. Naturally lifted plane looking to drive the ball deep into the gaps. Shifts well and found the barrel of the bat often.
Nile Foss (2020 LHP, Des Moines, IA) Works from a slightly open stance shifting into contact with linear actions. Works an inside path to the ball and can generate lift to all fields. Works his strong lower half well generating strong torque from the lower half and is able to drive the ball while staying consistent with contact.
Nick Banowetz (2020 C, Robins, IA) Swings the bat with intent from the right side and looks to get his hands to ball quickly. Hard line drive contact staying up the middle and work well struck contact to the gaps as well. Joseph Harris (2020 1B, Marshalltown, IA) Strong and mature player with a solid lefthanded bat. Displays easy jump when turning the barrel and working his pull side. Made hard contact throughout the entire round of batting practice generate high end barrel speed that should translate well to in-game swings.
Andrue Henry (2020 1B, Dubuque, IA) Swings the bat with the intent to do damage working mostly to the middle of the field. Strong lower half with a clean shift into contact producing hard and loud jump off the barrel. Displays easy power to the pull side as well that can translate to extra base hits on the field.
Javier Martinez (2019 3B, Fuquay Varina, NC) Large frame with present throughout his build. Quickly gets the barrel head out in front and drives the ball to the middle of the field as well as to the pull side of the field. Utilizes a naturally lifted plane through the zone with a smooth swing. Manipulates the barrel well and drove the ball to the back of the net with every swing.
Jacob Cinelli (2020 OF, Hartland, WI) Keeps the hands low to start and gets on plane early in trigger. Consistently worked the pull side of the field getting to contact out in front of the plate. Shows smoothness to plane and a high-end ability to consistently make line drive contact. One of the better contact-oriented hitters of the day that should produce a high batting average on field.

Carter Baumler (2020 RHP, Grimes, IA) Stays short to the ball and works well through extension. Large frame and utilizes his lower half strength well with rotational shifts into contact. Stays short and tight to the ball able to drive the ball to the middle of the field well. One of the best pure hitters of the day.
Tyler Tscherter (2020 SS, Reinbeck, IA) Simple and repeatable mechanics in the box with the ability to work solid contact to all fields with ease. Has a smooth hand path and generates barrel speed through a slightly lifted plane. Consistently drove the ball from gap to gap.
