Holden Phelps (2020 RHP, Crystal Lake, IL) The uncommitted 6-5, 200-pound right hander displayed a smooth, repeatable delivery. Fastball jumped out of hand very well creating heavy run through the zone in the upper 80's, topped at 90 miles per hour. Looked to pound the zone aggressively with fastball and challenge hitters.
Colton Smith (2020 RHP, Bennington, NE) Generated sharp sinking run with fastball offering sitting in the low to mid 80's, topped at 86 miles per hour. Maintained arm speed well with breaking ball creating sharp, hard depth to the bottom of the zone in the low 70's. Displayed good feel for both offerings and effectively challenged hitters.
Zach Jacobson (2020 RHP, Gilman, IA) The 2020 grad generated solid downhill plane while releasing from a high three-quarters slot. Fastball flashed solid run to arm side with occasional sink topping at 83 miles per hour. Effectively worked ahead of hitters with fastball offering before utilizing an 11/5 breaking ball and straight changeup.

Cody Sterkenburg (2019 C, Grand Rapids, MI) Employs an upright stance with a leg lift trigger into weight shift. Flashed a gap to gap approach with impressive power to the pull side. The Lansing CC commit displayed fast hands going to and through the baseball.
Tyler Wessels (2020 C, Brimfield, IL) Displayed fast explosive hands creating impressive bat speed. Uses a toe tap trigger with gliding actions at weight shift. Showed the ability to drive the ball with authority to and through the gaps in the outfield. Flashed a very athletic smooth swing.
Evan Jackson (2021 RHP, Janesville, WI) Employs an upright stance with a high hand and back elbow set up with a small leg lift trigger. Uses a middle to pull side line drive approach with good barrel control creating consistent solid contact throughout batting practice.
Hunter Pudlo (2022 RHP, Antioch, IL) The 2022 grad showed an aggressive power approach during batting practice. Pudlo showed the ability to drive the ball with authority. Flashed a steep swing path looking to lift the ball deep into the outfield. Displayed the ability to create bat speed and power with polished lower half mechanics.
Rhett Stein (2020 C, Auburn, WA) The Washington native showed smooth pre swing actions. Flashed the ability to create bat speed in his compact swing. Employs a gap to gap approach looking to drive the ball into the outfield. Displayed good feel for the barrel throughout the round of batting practice with consistent loud contact.

Changed speed with a breaking ball from each side showing 10/4 and 2/7 shape.
Nathan Holler (2020 RHP, Lake Barrington, IL) The Illinois native showed good jump out of hand with a fastball offering that topped at 86 miles per hour. The 2020 grad consistently worked ahead in the count with fastball and utilized a sharp, late sweeping slider as a put away pitch.
Jack Wenninger (2020 RHP, Cary, IL) Wenninger showed an extended three-quarters arm slot that produced late running action through the zone with a fastball that topped at 84 miles per hour. The 2020 right hander also displayed good feel for both a late sweeping slider and 12/6 breaking ball.
Hunter Pudlo (2022 RHP, Antioch, IL) Pudlo showed good presence on the mound with his 6-4, 2020-pound frame. Fastball generated heavy run through the zone topping at 85 miles per hour. Looked to attack hitters with fastball and showed developing feel for the edges of the plate.

Noah Van Veldhuizen (2020 RHP, Oskaloosa, IA) The Oskaloosa native showed good life with a fastball that had some riding action up to 85 miles per hour. Consistently worked ahead of hitters with fastball before utilizing an 11/5 curveball in the upper 60's. Van Velduizen also showed good strength at the plate with a naturally leveraged barrel plane. Aggressively turned the barrel to baseball producing loud contact to the middle of the field.
Tate Kuehner (2019 LHP, Marshalltown, IA) The Uncommitted left handed showed very good feel for all three pitches and consistently kept hitters of balance. Consistently work to each side of the plate with his fastball topping at 86 miles per hour. Matches arm speed very well with changeup generating late sink in the mid to upper 70's. Kuehner also displayed good feel for the barrel while at the plate with present bat speed.
Andrew Brockwell (2021 RHP, Brodhead, WI) The Wisconsin native showed a loose, smooth arm action from a high three-quarters slot. Fastball jumped out of hand well created downhill plane through the zone in the low to mid 80's, topped at 85 miles per hour.
Blake Gaskey (2021 RHP, Davenport, IA) Topped at 84 miles per hour creating occasional riding life through the zone with fastball. Displayed good feel for the zone with the ability to locate a 12/6 breaking ball down on hitters.
Jack Gorsche (2021 RHP, Johnston, IA) Displayed a full, looser arm action while releasing from a three-quarters arm slot. Fastball came out of hand cleanly with occasional run to arm side topping at 81 miles per hour. Gorsche looked to change speeds with an 11/5 breaking ball and straight changeup.
