Anthony Oliva (2019, OF/C/1B, Staten Island, NY) has a linedrive swing plane and showed present bat speed. Oliva singled to CF in game. 

Maximillian Liao (2022, UTL, East Stroudsburg, PA) Showed well for being one of the youngest players in attendance. Showed bat speed and the ability to get barrel to ball. 

Lloyd McLaughlin (2020, SS, Columbus, NJ) doubled to the opposite, and kept his hands inside the ball well. McLaughlin has natural lift in his swing with present bat speed.

Benny Montgomery (2021, OF/RHP, Lewisberry, PA) Made loud in game contact and has good barrel skills. Montgomery is a high end player who will be fun to watch for years to come. 

Kenny Maldonado (2021, OF, Bronx, NY) hits with a linedrive rotational swing plane. Maldonado showcased his quick bat all game, and was rewarded with a 1B.

Brendon Hoagland (2019, 1B/OF, Flanders, NJ) went 1-2 with a 2B. Hoagland has good feel for the barrel, and makes loud contact on a consistent basis. 

Willie Schwarick (2020, C/UTL, Flanders, NJ) hit a 2B in game action, and recorded several loud outs. Schwarick has present bat speed causing the ball to jump off his bat.

Connor Baksh (2019, OF/RHP, Wall, NJ) hit a @b and worked a scoreless inning on the mound. Baksh has good bat speed, and shows his best power to the opposite field. On the mound the 2019 grad struck out one while topping at 82.

Vincent Vartolone (2020, RHP/3B, Lodi, NJ) worked 4 innings and struck out 4. The righty worked 75-83 with his FB, and mixed in a 11/5 CB with depth at 68 and CU at 73.

Anthony Rosario (2019 SS, Astoria, NY) had 3 hits this afternoon for the Orange team. Rosario showed a sound approach at the plate with a level swing and hits the ball where it's pitched. 

Brendan Lysik (2021 LHP, Waldwick, NJ) singed twice today as well. Lysik has an aggressive approach at the plate with a smooth swing and showed bat speed.

CJ Egrie (2021 2B, Ventnor, NJ) started and ended his day with a couple of singles. Egrie showed good speed on the bases stealing a couple of bases during the game and has a level swing. In the field Egrie made a nice charing play towards the end of the game on a slow roller and flipped the ball from his glove to get the out at first.

Joseph Muccilli (2019 RHP, Fords, NJ) sat 79-82mph on his fastball today mixing in his curveball at 71mph and his changeup at 73mph. Muccilli has good tempo to his delivery with a long arm action. He does a good job of getting on top of his fastball creating a good downhill angle filling up the zone with all his pitches.

Marcos Del Valle (2019 RHP, Buena, NJ) topped out at 83mph today to go along with his curveball at 68mph and his changeup at 74mph. Del Valle has a clean compact delivery with a clean arm action and pitches from a high 3/4 arm slot. Del Valle has good arm side run to his fastball while mixing in his curveball for strikes and has late break to it. He also did a good job of maintaining his arm speed on his changeup with fade to it and kept hitters off balance all day.

Christopher (C J) Paolino Jr. (2021, C/3B/OF, Little Silver, NJ) had 2 hits in 2 trys during game play. Paolino Let the ball travel well, and sprayed singles all over the field. The 2021 grad has present feel for the barrel.

Jeffrey A. Rodriguez Jr. (2020, OF, New York, NY) hits with a gap to gap approach, and demonstrated feel for the barrel as well as present gap pop. Rodriguez went 2-2 with a 3B and scored a run.

Anthony Bruno (2020, 1B/C, Horsham, PA) has present strength in his swing, and uses his large frame to get extenstion. Bruno showed the ability to hit the ball the other way with authority. during game play the PA native hit a 2B to RCF.

Jose Troche (2020 C, Chicago, IL) Pacing the offense for the Gray Team Jose went 2 for 3 in the first game of the day. Powerful right handed hitter with slightly closed stance and a quiet approach. Great takes and a very patient hitter who likes to hunt the fastball with a simple quick to ball swing plane. Troche also had a run scored and 2 stolen bases in the game.

Leo Jenkins (2020 C, New York, NY) Jenkins started right where he left off yesterday with a perfect 2 for 2 day at the plate. Continues to put together good at bats finding the barrel consistently not a whole lot of swing and miss.

Jean Nunez (2022 SS, New York, NY) Nunez an intriguing young shortstop out of New York. Left handed hitter very good athlete moves well very quick hands at the plate and on defense looks to have room to mature with a lot of upside. Jean went 1 for 3 with an opposite field line drive with a nice inside out approach going the other way.

Danny Castaneda (2019 RHP, Bergenfield, NJ) was very efficient in his 3 innings of work, spotting up his FB to both sides of the plate and mixed in an effective 11/5 breaking curveball to keep hitters off balance. Went 1 for 3 swinging the bat showing great timing and rhythm with a slight leg kick.

Eric Luebcke (2019 RHP, East Elmhurst, NY)  recorded 7 strikeouts in his 3 innings of work utilizing a FB he ran up to 83 MPH with a lot of movement and a hard slider.

Joseph (Joe Joe) Cava (2022, 3B/1B, Morristown, NY) hits from a slightly open stance, and does a good job of letting the ball travel while hitting where he is pitched. Cava went 2-5 during game play while scoring a run. 

Zachary Gorman (2021 SS/RHP, Freehold, NJ) has a line drive swing plane with good bat speed. Gorman regularly showed the ability to get the barrel on the ball. The 2021 grad went 2-3 in game play with a 2B while adding 5 Ks on the mound, and topping out at 80.

Nicholas Vega (2021, OF/RHP, Bronx, NY) demonstrated a well rounded approach while delivering a 2B & 3B in game play. Vega makes loud contact and has the ability to drive the ball to the opposite field with authority. 

Alex Ungar (2020, SS/RHP, Ronkonkoma, NY) impressed while driving a 2B over the CF's head. The ball jumps off Ungar's bat due to his good bat speed & extenstion. 

Noah Mrotek (2021, RHP, Bowie, MD) ran his FB up to 88 while settling in at 83-88. Mrotek flashed a CB with downer bite at 74. The 2021 righty struck-out 3 over 3 innings of work.

EJ Exposito (2019, SS/RHP, Central Islip, NY) Showed well at the plate and on the mound. Exposito hit for the cycle to include 3 loud extra base hits. The 2019 grad makes loud contact and demonstrated the ability to routinely hit for power. The righty pitched in the mid 80s while topping at 85 with his FB. 

Zach Parker (2020, C, East Amherst, NY) had a multi-hit game with 2 1Bs. Parker kept his hands inside the ball and on plane well. The 2020 grad hit the ball where he was pitched.

Sean Holley (2020, LHP/OF, Pelham, NY) pulled double duty at the dish and on the bump. Holley had 2 1Bs and stayed balanced at the plate. Holley also helped his cause by striking out 5 while running his FB up to 78.

Nick Morgan (2021 SS, Oakton, VA) Morgan went 2 for 3 for the Gold Team. Hitting balls hard all three including a very hard hit line drive his first at bat. Morgan looks to have a very advanced approach in the box and is looks very confident when he steps in. 


Leo Jenkins (2020 C, New York, NY) Leo got the hitting going, he was on base both trips to the dish going 1 for 2. In his second at bat he absolutely crushed a ball up the middle. Showing the ability to let the ball travel and not try to do to much and got the results he wanted. He also showed aggressiveness on the base paths, not being afraid to run and take extra bases.  

Christian Buchler (2019 LHP, Yardley, PA) recorded 5 strikeouts in 3 quality innings of work using a solid 2 pitch mix with a cutting FB up to 82 and solid breaking ball.

 

Owen Arndt (2021 RHP, Lewisburg, PA) had 3 efficient innings on the mound with command of his FB down in the zone with good movement.

 

Connor Hale (2021 LHP, Ashburn, VA) showed a lot of pitch ability on the mound in his 3 innings of working. Hale has a 3 pitch mix he used in all counts showing all pitches from a similar tunnel to his FB to keep hitters off balance. All 9 outs Hale recorded were via strikeout allowing only one hit.

Nick Helman (2019 SS, Stewartsville, NJ) doubled in his at bat this evening. Helman has good bat speed with lift in his swing and makes loud consistent contact.

Michael Taylor (2020 1B/RHP, Basking Ridge, NJ) sat 80-83mph on his fastball with his curveball at 65mph. Taylor attacks hitters with his fastball which has sink to it and throws his 12-6 curveball consistently for strikes. 

Anthony Oliva (2019 OF, Staten Island, NY) tripled in his at bat this evening for the Purple team. Oliva showed bat speed with a good feel for his barrel. 

Connor Baksh (2019 OF, Wall, NJ) doubled his at bat this evening. Baksh squares the ball up consistently showing good bat speed with the ability to drive the ball to the gaps.

Ian Li (2019 RHP, Marlboro, NJ) had his fastball sitting 80-85mph pairing it with a curveball at 73mph and a changeup at 76mph. Li has good life to his fastball throwing it to both sides of the plate and showed a feel for his off-speed pitches.

Brendon Hoagland (2019 1B, Flanders, NJ) tripled in the game for the White team today. Hoagland has a line drive swing plane with pop in his bat. 

Matt Miceli (2021 SS, Branchburg, NJ) doubled in his second at bat today. Miceli showed good bat speed at the plate with lift in his swing and made solid contact both times up this game. 

Brendan Lysik (2021 LHP, Waldwick, NJ) sat 75-79mph on his fastball mixing in his curveball at 63mph. Lysik works quick on the mound with a good feel for the zone and does a good job of keeping hitters off-balance.

Michael Ilaria (2021 1B, Livingston, NJ) singled both times he came up to the plate today. Ilaria has a line drive swing plane with bat speed and barreled up the ball both times he came to the plate in the game.

Samuel Keller (2019 3B, New York, NY) doubled in his last at bat of the game. Keller squared the ball up in his final at bat driving the ball to the LCF gap.

Bobby Conlon (2020 RHP, Massapequa Park, NY) doubled in his only at bat today. Conlon has a patient approach at the plate with a good feel for his barrel. 

Matthew Rowe (2021 RHP, Metuchen, NJ) topped out at 84mph on his fastball mixing in his slider 70mph. Rowe has good life to his fastball with arm side run to it and has late tilt to his slider.

Lloyd McLaughlin (2020 SS, Columbus, NJ)  Had a good day at the plate for the Cardinal Team going 1for 3 with a double. Showed patience at the dish and above average zone recognition wait on his pitch and driving it into the left center gap.

Benny Montgomery (2021 OF, Lewisberry, PA) Going 3 for 3 at the plate and finding the barrel for loud contact every at bat. Has plus speed and his a very quick twitch athlete with a projectable frame. 

Jon Kubas (2019 OF, New Providence, NJ) Big strong hitter showed big time time pop with a pull side ground rule double that nearly left the yard. Moves extremely well for a bigger power hitter, very aggressive on the bases.

Robert Sayle (2021 3B, Livingston, NJ) was efficient in his two innings of work, attacking hitters on both sides of the plate using a compact delivery, and forcing a lot of weak contact. Also has a solid day at the dish going 2 for 3 going opposite field his last at bat for a triple down the line.

Lance Book (2020 C, Sugarloaf, PA) Great barrel control at the plate, swing plate has the bat in the zone for a long time. Went 1 for 3 with solid contact every at bat including a big double.

John Grill (2019 LHP, New Providence, NJ) had a solid day at the plate and on the mound. Grill filled up the strike zone with all of his pitches including a FB he ran up to 83 MPH, allowing only 1 hit in his 3 innings of work. Good bat speed at the plate had some pull side hits going 2 for 3 for Columbia Blue driving in a run.

Andrew Hiller (2021 C, Vienna, VA) Hiller a big strong right handed hitter has a quiet approach and some very fast hands and plus bat speed. Hiller had two hits in the game while also scoring a run for his team.

John Nimeth (2020 RHP, Jackson, NJ) had his fastball sitting 78-83mph this afternoon mixing in his curveball at 69mph. Nimeth does a good job of maintaining his arm speed on his off-speed pitches consistently throwing it for strikes and throws a heavy fastball. 

Kenneth Levari (2020 SS/RHP, Vineland, NJ) topped out at 90mph this afternoon mixing in a curveball at 79mph and a changeup at 80mph. Levari has good arm speed with an explosive fastball and showed good command of his pitches. At the plate Levari tripled both times he came up to the plate today. Levari has a level swing with bat speed and does a god job of letting the ball travel. 

Stephen Harrington (2020 SS, Clark, NJ) doubled in the game for the Purple team today. Harrington has good bat speed with a line drive swing plane and showed a good feel for his barrel.


Willie Schwarick (2020 C, Flanders, NJ) doubled in his only at bat of the first game today. Schwarick showed good bat speed with pop in his bat and squared the ball up on his double.

Thomas Mark (2019 RHP, Patterson, NY) Flashed good jump off the barrel with the ability to generate good carry to the gaps. Mark generated his best swing when he was able to create separation at contact.

Jon Kubas (2019 OF, New Providence, NJ) Kubas showed good balanced throughout his swing and consistently producing sharp contact throughout batting practice. Created good strength at contact that generated tight back spin off the barrel.

Ethan Young (2020 1B, Lake Hopatcong, NJ) Young showed a naturally leveraged swing plane with present bat speed and strength. Turned the barrel aggressively to contact creating hard, loud contact to the pull side gap.

Peter Schimmel (2019 OF, Bethpage, NY) Displayed present bat speed through extension while utilizing a gap to gap approach. Schimmel showed off his raw power while homering to centerfield in batting practice.

Jimmy Vizzoni (2019 3B, Hamilton Twp, NJ) Vizzoni looked to attack the baseball with intent while employing a naturally lifted barrel plane through extension. Consistently generated tight backspin off the barrel that produced good carry to each gap.

Connor Hale (2021 LHP, Ashburn, VA) Kubas showed a mature approach with good feel for the barrel. Consistently looked to drive the ball with authority between the gaps while maintaining balanced throughout.

Billy Cappuccio (2019 1B, Hammonton, NJ) Employed a line drive approach while consistently working to the middle of the field. Repeats swing well with the ability to control the barrel to all parts of the zone.

Tj Lesko (2020 MIF, Boonton Twp, NJ) Utilized a loose, fluid swing plane through extension with rotational lower half actions. Stayed behind contact well that allowed for all fields contact.

Alex Ungar (2020 SS, Ronkonkoma, NY) Ungar utilized a direct hand path to contact with a line drive barrel plane. Produced sharp contact to the middle of the field, but also showed the hand speed to turn the barrel and work to pull side with authority.

EJ Exposito (2019 SS, Central Islip, NY)  Utilized a smooth, simple line drive barrel plane with a mid field approach. Ball jumped off the barrel well producing good carry to the gaps when squared.

James Colon (2020 3B, Weehawken, NJ) Colon showed good feel for the barrel with present bat speed through extension. Ball traveled well off the barrel producing multiple balls deep to the gaps.

Evan Fisher (2021 1B, Holtsville, NY)  Utilized a simple approach with a naturally leveraged plane through extension. Consistently produced sharp contact between the gaps with good carry.

Christopher "C.J." Fredericks (2022 1B, Jobstown, NJ) Fredericks stayed behind contact well with the ability to generated lift at contact. Aggressively turned the barrel through the zone generating good jump off the barrel to the pull side gap.

Kyle Musser (2021 OF, Lititz, PA) Created present bat speed through the zone while attack the baseball on an inside path. Consistently produced sharp contact to all fields throughout batting practice.

Willie Schwarick (2020 C, Flanders, NJ) Aggressively threw the barrel to contact creating very loud, hard contact to the gap. Showed raw power with strength at contact throughout batting practice.

Colin Tuft (2021 C, Vienna, VA) Created sharp, line drive contact to each gap throughout batting practice. Tuft utilized a simple, direct path to contact with the ability to control the barrel throughout the zone.

Connor Baksh (2019 OF, Wall, NJ) Homered multiple times throughout batting practice displayed very good raw power. Utilized a naturally leveraged barrel plane that created tight back spin off the barrel.
