Dylan Lina (2022 SS, Carson, CA) showed a high hand set and high back elbow with present bat speed and loft to the swing plane. Lina extends out well in front of the plate and showed a lot of carry and power potential on deep fly balls.
Karson Bowen (2022 C, Anaheim Hills, CA) has a lot of strength and physicality through the point of contact. The ball jumps well off the barrel of the bat with real power potential and good balance and bat speed throughout.
Louis Rodriguez (2022 RHP, Long Beach, CA) took a very consistent and loud round with lots of extension and wiry strength to the pull side. Rodriguez turns the barrel over well to lift the ball and projects for big power as he continues to fill out.
Dominic Hellman (2022 SS, Mill Creek, WA) has a loose, easy trigger into the swing with intent and impact strength. The ball jumps off the barrel with pop to all fields and Hellman should only continue to get stronger as he fills out and develops.
Nick Arias (2022 2B, Tucson, AZ) starts from a spread open stance and shows present looseness to the wrists and swings with intent. Arias torques through his lower half well and shows off present gap-to-gap pop with projectable offensive tools.
Justin Roulston (2022 OF, Los Angeles, CA) has lots of bat speed and strength through his righthanded swing and creates natural leverage to pull with his long arms through extension. He worked both sides with line drives and has the raw tools to succeed.
Dylan Beckerman (2022 RHP, Los Angeles, CA) has an upper-half dominated swing with lots of strength. Beckerman features a short, compact stroke with quick wrists and turns to pull the ball well with loud power to the pull side.
Jacob Galloway (2022 C, Camarillo, CA) utilizes a high leg lift trigger at the plate and employs a simple bat-to-ball approach which he does a nice job of executing and repeating. Staying linear through the zone, Galloway worked line drive contact to the middle of the field and proceeded to swing it well in game.
Mikey Romero (2022 SS, Menifee, CA) is an interesting lefthanded bat to follow moving forward as he sports a loose lefthanded stroke to the point of contact. There’s looseness to his hands and found the barrel while working all fields with line drive contact when squared.
Trevor Schmidt (2022 OF, Anaheim Hills, CA) showed a full path through the zone from the left side of the plate and did a nice job of creating contact out front. He shows lift to his path and the makings of nice bat speed with his best contact coming to the pull side.
Ryan Ward (2022 3B, Coronado, CA) creates nice torque with his lower half moving into his swing and did a nice job of staying short to the ball. He worked all parts of the field with line drive contact coming off the barrel with nice carry when squared.
Jalen Seward (2022 3B, Albuquerque, NM) showed interesting tools at the plate and projects moving forward with continued refined. Staying short to the ball and direct with his path, Seward was able to create leverage to his path and back spun some line drive contact when squared.
Noah Rodriguez (2022 SS, Whittier, CA) showed nice tools on both sides of the ball throughout the day, including in his batting practice session. Remaining on time with his higher leg lift, Rodriguez remained short to the ball and did a nice job of hitting it out front with line drive contact to all parts of the field.
Mason Neville (2022 OF, Las Vegas, NV) is a long and projectable lefthanded bat who shows the making of a power stick down the road. Staying rather direct, the Nevada native was able to create nice separation in his swing with lift out front and nice carry to his pull side.
Jordan Kang (2022 3B, Porter Ranch, CA) continued to impress today with his round of batting practice, taking one of the loudest rounds of the day. With a consistent swing, Kang stayed short to the ball with consistent line drive contact and hard jump off the barrel when out front.
Junior. (James) Taylor III (2022 OF, Alpine, CA) put together an intriguing round and shows tools which project moving forward as he continues to develop his mechanics. With some moving parts getting into his swing, Taylor showed nice carry off the barrel when squared with interesting jump to the pull side.
