Henry Kuenstler (2028 RHP, Forney, TX) showcased an aggressive approach during his first plate appearance, shooting a single to LF successfully displaying the ability to get the barrel out in front. The righty jumped on an inside FB with developing strength in the 5-foot-3 105 pound frame.
Chance Kidd (2028 C, Dallas, TX) found some space down the LF line in his first at bat, legging out a double to put himself in scoring position. From a wider stance, Kidd successfully pulled the hands inside the baseball and created drive from the lower half.
Preston Harris (2027 C, Keller, TX) muscled a single to LF to get himself on the stat sheet, flashing the ability to generate some backspin on the baseball with a consistent line drive bat path.
Alexander Ochranek (2027 C, Southlake, TX) roped a single back up the middle in the 3rd inning, working from a narrower compact stance with present hand speed through the zone. The 5-foot-7 140 pound righty remained level in the bat path with a line drive oriented stroke.
Alex Croteau (2027 MIF, Webster, MA) sent a double into the RCF gap to drive in a run during his second plate appearance, utilizing an inside out approach with the ability to drive the ball the opposite way. He also provided value on the bump, displaying some funk to the mechanics with a full over the head windup ultimately topping out at 72 mph.
Cooper Wiegand (2028 2B, Palestine, TX) flashed the leather at SS in the 3rd inning, fully extending to make a web gem diving play for his side. The 5-foot-3 110 pound prospect got a good jump on the ball and controlled the body well to make arguably the play of the game.
Giovanni Carassai (2027 OF, Flower Mound, TX) tossed a clean two innings of work during his outing on the bump, striking out three. The projectable 5-foot-11 righty remained balanced over the rubber well and worked downhill to pound both corners of the dish, topping out at 70 mph.
