Alejandro Ludeiro (2024, Pembroke Pines, Fla.) nearly picked up a home run after mashing one deep pull-side. Settled for the double off the wall after showing off the strength in his swing from the right side. Stellar performer behind the plate as well.

Luis Morera (2023, Miami Lakes, Fla.) continues to find ways on base. He’s an athletic presence in the box who’s quick down the line. Finds ways to hustle for extra bases. Picked up a nice base knock on a fastball he matched planes with and sent back up the middle.

Gabriel Carvajal (2024, Miami, Fla.) consistently seems to find the barrel. There’s strength present in the frame and he continues to find ways to get the job done. Michael "MJ" Hough (2026, RHP, Lake Placid, FL) shoved in his three innings of work. The lanky right hander worked with an athletic delivery and ran the fastball up to 80 mph with life from a low ¾ slot. His breaking ball was a true out pitch that showed big sweeping action with similar hand speed as the fastball. He missed bats both in and out of the zone.

Daniel Prieto (2025 RHP, Miami, FL) filled up the zone while effectively locating his fastball and breaking ball to all four quadrants. He stayed off the barrel and induced a ton of weak contact on the ground.

Jonathan Vazquez (2025 3B, Miami Lakes, FL) looked sharp in his abbreviated outing. He ran his fastball up to 87 mph showing off a lightning quick and a delivery he repeated well. Had great feel to turn over a changeup that racked up swings and misses throughout. Late in the game he hit a massive bomb that landed on top of a roof in deep right field.

Jesus Mosegue (2023 OF, Miami, FL) went 2-2 with a deep triple that cleared the center fielders head. There’s is rotational athleticism in the swing with good feel to manipulate the bat head all over the zone.

Gabriel Carvajal (2024 3B, Miami, FL)

was on time all game and went 1-2 with an opposite field double. He creates leverage with his path and gets great extension through contact giving him loads of power potential.

Christopher Sosa (2025 RHP, Hialeah, FL) racked up four strikeouts in his two innings of work. The projectable righty attacked hitters with a fastball that topped out at 89 mph with big cutting life to it. His delivery was athletic and up tempo with a short, efficient arm action that added deception to his operation.

Jonathan Vazquez (2025 3B, Miami Lakes, FL) barreled a line drive over the second baseman’s head for a loud single. He has a fluid lefty stroke with a solid feel for the bat head.

Alex Rodriguez (2023 SS, East Meadow, NY) had a great at bat driving a two-strike breaking ball through the 5-6 hole. He did a nice job making a mid-flight adjustment with his hands, keeping them back long enough to damage. Also posted above average run times down to first base.

Nicholas Martinez (2025 SS, Hialeah, FL) and Joshua Cespedes (2026 OF, Hialeah, FL) both collected base knocks to the right center field gap. Martinez’s lefty swing stays on plane for a long time and Cespedes creates a ton of leverage with big strength at the point of contact from the right side.
