Eric Mullinax (2015, RHP/OF/3B, Riverside HS, SC) has solid mechanics and throws from a high 3/4 arm slot. Mullinax attacked the hitters and got ahead using his FB, which was 80-82 MPH and hit as high as 85 MPH. He was also able to fool hitters mixing in a tight, late breaking SL at 72-73 MPH and a CH at 74. Mullinax notched seven strikeouts in his four innings on the mound.
Patrick Jackson (2015, MIF, East Henderson HS, NC) went 1-1 with a run scored. Jackson was aggressive at the plate and likes jumping on pitches early. He also showed off his ability to run the bases.
Edward "EP" Reese (2016, OF/2B, North Davidson HS, NC) went 1-1 at the plate. Reese is an athletic player that projects to be a top of the order guy with quick twitch muscles and good bat speed.
Grant Bodison (2016, SS, Mauldin HS, SC) showed tremendous bat speed as he turned on a ball that was hit deep to LF. Bodison displayed strong plate discipline and his power projects well to the next level.
Dwanya Williams-Sutton (2015, OF, Greenfield HS, NC) has a strong, athletic build. Williams-Sutton covered a lot of ground in the OF including tracking down a deep fly ball. Williams-Sutton also showed good speed and aggressiveness on the base paths.
Alec Dubreuil (2015, OF/RHP/C, Brevard HS, NC) racked up two strikeouts in his one inning of work. Debreuil sat 80-82 MPH and topped 85 MPH with arm side run on his FB and mixed in a SL at 73.
