Here is an early look at the top prospects from this weekends Sunshine Northeast Showcase. A more complete list will follow after all of the scouting notes have been compiled and reports have been completed.

Chris Harvey, 2012, C, Norristown, PA, Germantown Academy:
Harvey showed well like he always does with a pop time of 1.86 and 78 mph. He also showed the swing and bat speed that make him a top prospect. He is committed to Vanderbilt

Matthew Dacey, 2012, 1B, Wyckoff, NJ, Don Bosco Prep HS:
Dacey is a big left handed hitter with a nice stroke and good power potential. The bat stands out.
