The 2011 Division I college season begins in earnest Friday, and scouts will get their first up-close opportunity to scrutinize the top college talent in this year's draft class. A couple of weeks from now, many of the nation's best high-school prospects will begin showcasing their talent. While most of the eyes will be on 2011 draft-eligible prospects, scouts will also make note of the best talent in the 2013 draft class, headed by Florida's Karsten Whitson and San Diego's Dylan Covey. Whitson and Covey were both unsigned first-round picks a year ago and rank atop PG CrossChecker's list of the Top 200 Prospects in the class, and are prominent on PG CrossChecker's state-by-state listing of the top prospects
