Delauter has established himself at the top of the draft as not only one of the best small school college prospects, but one of the best prospects in the entire class. He’s got the combination of physicality along with plus athleticism and was one of the most dynamic prospects on the circuit over the last twelve months. With a career average in the .380s and some prodigious raw power to go along, expect Delauter to be one of the first college prospects off the board next July.

If Delauter is the 1A of college prospects, then Lee is the 1B as both are widely considered top-5 overall prospects at this point in time. Lee is a switch-hitting shortstop with some of the surest hands at the position in this year’s class as Lee was a solid first round candidate dating back to his prep days. Lee is an absolute extra-base hit machine who draws very high praise for his combination of surehandedness along with the pure feel to hit and hit with burgeoning power from both sides.
