Tate Jones (2024, Burlington, N.C.) is a right-handed pitcher taking the ball for the New Market PDP 2024 and showcases a well-balanced delivery with good extension and release on the ball while topping 82 mph and sitting 78-82 on his fastball. Jones has good arm-side run with late sinking action and mixes in good off-speed pitches. His changeup had good arm speed with fading action and his curveball is a change-of-pace out of the same high three-quarter arm slot.





Hudson Lance (2024, Trinity, N.C.) is a right-handed pitcher for the 5 Star Carolina 15u Gresham who came in for relief and executed an outstanding performance. Lance was unhittable in three frames of work going right after the hitters with a plus fastball topping 84 mph and sitting 81-83 while also mixing in a change-of-pace breaking ball at 75 mph. A solid performance for this young man as he commands the zone and creates good downhill action with late life on his fastball.
