Valentin Batrez (2023, Erwin, Tenn.) was the spark for his team, JC Thunder, lining the ball to all parts of the field with a short and compact swing. Batrez showed quick hands to the ball and exhibited an even swing with good impact on the ball. In the top of the second inning, with one on base, he crushed a ball in the right-center gap for a stand up double that scored one run.
