Ryan Jung (2025, Phoenix, Ariz.) made himself a tough out on Friday after going 1-for-2 with a double and a walk. He hits out of a square and balanced stance in a crouch position. Uses a abbreviated leg kick trigger to generate leverage. Showed a flat bat path through the zone that is conducive to spraying line drives to all fields. Jung is an exciting player who plays with a lot of energy.

Greyson Osbun (2025, Mililani, Hawaii) and his compact frame generate lots of power and torque. His fastball was averaging 81 mph, and for someone who is 3 months from 15 years old, was just impressive. The curve was nice at times, with good depth and snap to it, his change was hard to pick up and had some late drop also. Greyson’s line was impressive also; 2 hits and 0 walks, striking out 7 batters in 3 innings. Good poise on the mound, and his pitching sequences were years ahead of his age. This overachiever from Hawaii Elite 2G 2025s has so much going for him, I bet on him for success.
