JUCO Top 25: March 30

The top-three held serve this past week in JUCO action, with Central Arizona, Walters State, and Wabash Valley all turning in undefeated weeks to stay 1-2-3 in the ranks. Central Arizona ran its undefeated record out to 28-0 in the process. There was some jockeying in the ranks behind those three, however. Central Florida stumbled in a series loss to Seminole State (Fla.), and tumbled from No. 4 to No. 9. In their stead, LSU-Eunice climbed a spot to No. 4, and Crowder joined the top-five at No. 5. Eastern Oklahoma State rose a spot to No. 6, its highest ranking of the season, and Southern Nevada followed them with a one-spot rise to No. 7. Johnson County is undefeated as well at 23-0, it jumped up a pair of spots up to No. 8 overall, and San Jac rounds out the top-10 at No. 10, following a week with a pair of losses. 

Florence Darlington was the biggest riser this week, up four spots from No. 21 to No. 17, they sit at 21-3 with designs on a Grand Junction bid. Newcomers this week include Dyersburg State at No. 21, they rejoin the ranking after tumbling out a few weeks ago and are on fire currently. Lansing sits at 6-0 and hasn't really gotten totally underway yet in the northern part of the country, but the early returns are strong and they look like one of the teams to beat in the NJCAA D-II. And finally, Temple out of Texas rounds out the Top 25 at No. 25 overall with a record of 21-5.
