Vogel loudly announced himself as perhaps the fastest player in the 2020 class when he ran a 6.15-second 60-yard dash at the PG National Showcase, including an ultra-quick 1.47 first 10 yards. The slender righthanded hitter isn’t just a slap-and-run hitter, though, as he has very fast hands with deceptive strength and plenty of bat speed to drive the alleys. Vogel also threw 95 mph from the outfield at the National Showcase and has all the tools to be an elite-level defensive center fielder.
