2005 South Underclass Showcase
Parker is a 5-9, 155 lb junior middle infielder from Kansas. He ran the 60 in 7.28 and showed good in game quickness with his feet. Parker threw 71 mph during infield drills but stayed back on the ball and threw flat footed. During games he worked through the ball much better and showed much better arm strength. Parker's hands are soft and sure. At the plate Parker has a busy set up with quick hands to the ball. He clears his front side early and is looking to pull the ball. Parker made good game contact and should continue to improve as he gets stronger. He's a good student.
