Angel Morales is a 2007 OF with a 6'1'', 185 lb. frame from Arroyo, Puerto Rico, who attends PRBBAHS. Angel has an athletic build and showed a set of tools that were impressive as any player at the event. At the plate Angel is very loose with good bat speed and great pop in his bat. Angel hits from a crouched stance with good balance in his swing and his power projects very well. At times Angel gets a little too much bat wrap which causes him to get to long at times, but he can easily correct this. Angel's outfield tools are better than Major League Average right now. He has amazing range (6.54) and huge raw arm strength. (92) He has an unusual arm action and might actually be able to throw harder. Angel is a good student that will likely attract attention from every professional team this spring.
